- You must be 18+ to use Maadda and provide accurate account information.
- Listings must be truthful; renters must return equipment in good condition.
- Maedah does not process rental payments; you settle directly with the other party. Supplier plans are monthly App Store or Google Play subscriptions — cancel any time in the store.
- Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Maedah platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
Our Services
Maedah provides a platform connecting equipment owners with renters. We facilitate communication and transactions but are not responsible for the condition, availability, or quality of listed equipment.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes. You must not post false information, engage in fraudulent activities, harass other users, or attempt to circumvent platform fees.
Payments & Fees
Maedah does not process rental payments. Customers and suppliers settle equipment rentals and purchases directly between themselves under the terms of the accepted quote. Supplier plans are monthly subscriptions bought and managed through the App Store or Google Play; they renew automatically and can be cancelled at any time in the store's subscription settings.
Limitation of Liability
Maedah is not liable for any damages arising from equipment rentals, including property damage, personal injury, or business losses. Users are encouraged to verify equipment condition and obtain appropriate insurance.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of significant changes.
Content rules
Listings, comments and messages must be accurate, lawful and respectful. Spam, fraud, offensive material and misleading equipment information are removed and the account may be suspended. Anyone can report content from the ⋮ menu; reports are handled within 24 hours.
