Frequently asked questions
How do I sign in? Enter your e-mail and type the 6-digit code we send you. No password is needed.
How do I get quotes? Tap “+”, choose the equipment category, dates and city, and send the request. Matched suppliers are notified and their quotes appear under Requests.
I am a supplier — how do I receive requests? Choose “Supplier” when you register, complete the short setup (categories and cities) and add your listings. Matched requests appear in the Opportunities tab.
How do I report a listing, comment or user? Open the ⋮ menu on the item and choose Report. To stop someone contacting you, choose Block user.
How do I delete my account? Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your profile and personal data are removed immediately.
Payments — Maedah does not process rental payments; you settle directly with the other party under the accepted quote. Supplier plans are monthly subscriptions bought through the App Store or Google Play; cancel any time in the store's subscription settings.
