Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, including your name, phone number, email address, company details, and location data. We also collect usage data such as your browsing history, search queries, and interaction with listings.

We use your information to provide and improve our services, process transactions, communicate with you about your account, send relevant notifications, and personalize your experience on the platform.
Information Sharing
We may share your information with equipment suppliers when you make inquiries, with service providers who assist our operations, and when required by law. We never sell your personal information to third parties.
Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. You can also opt out of marketing communications and request a copy of your data at any time through your account settings.
Data we collect (App Store disclosure)
Contact info (name, e-mail, phone, company), location (a map pin for a request or listing, and your city), user content (listing photos, requests, quotes, comments and messages), search history, your account identifier, subscription and purchase history and product-interaction analytics. All of it is linked to your account and used for app functionality, personalisation and analytics. We do not use it for advertising and we do not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Blocking, reporting and moderation
You can report any listing, comment, message or user from the ⋮ menu and block a user from a chat, a listing or a comment. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours and content that breaks our rules is removed.
Deleting your account
Settings → Delete account removes your profile and personal data immediately, takes your listings offline and deletes your login. Requests, quotes and bookings you were part of are kept in anonymised form because the other party's records depend on them.
